This is the Driller! He is a fun loving, hole-drilling guy! He uses his big hand mounted drills to dig through Hoxxes IV, finding new paths to his objectives. His starting equipment is a flamethrower and the Subata 120, the latter we will be discussing on this page. He is very good at crown control, which means taking down many smaller enemies. The Corrosive Sludge Pump is especially good at this. Let's talk about them!

The Corrosive Sludge Pump is a staple for Driller! You charge it up, and it explodes with corrosive sludge, slowing enemies, and dealing damage over time. It's not very good at beating flying enemies, but otherwise, it's got you handled. You can shoot it at the ground as an obstacle for a bug wave coming toward you, or some good damage-over-time effects on bosses and big bugs like the Oppressor!
You've always got to have a backup, and the Subata 120 is just your guy! When you run out of ammo in your Sludge Pump, pull out this little dude and start blasting some alien bugs! It outputs lots of damage very quickly, with a relatively fast reload, so you can always be sure to have some reliable damage. Just make sure not to shoot this at long-ranged enemies, as it has poor accuracy.
